One port of an array component's outline: what it is called, how wide it is, which drawn component it comes from, and what the array does with it.

`Comp` Full Usage: `Comp` Field type: `Component`	The array IO component on the sheet that generates this port. What ArrayElaborate needs it for is the width EXPRESSION of that component, which is keyed by component id. Field type: `Component`
